I was getting on the Same Freeway Ramp and a GG (Green Guy) was getting a ticket in a Prius. I wanted to honk and thumbs up the cop! And an hearty thanks to the Prius owner for helping out the Bankrupt California Economy with a nice stiff fine. HA! Well Justice!
